Detailed drawings translate approved design information into construction-oriented documentation. Packages can include HVAC layouts and sections, electrical lighting and power drawings, distribution board and containment details, and plumbing risers, isometrics and pump-room layouts.
As-built Documentation
We prepare MEP as-built drawings to reflect documented site modifications and installed conditions using information supplied or confirmed by the project team. These records support project handover and future reference.
Project Requirements & Authority Coordination
We consider applicable local authority requirements and project procedures when preparing engineering deliverables. Authority coordination support is subject to the project scope and applicable authorisations; the required submissions and responsibilities are agreed for each assignment.
